Instore pick up
For all our cakes and bakes, we offer local pick up only. At the checkout for cakes, you will have the option to select pickup date and time for your order. This time selected will be the earliest time that your order is ready for collection, up until close of business that day.
Creative License
FK does their best to follow customer selection and recommendations to the best of the cake decorator/bakers ability. However, FK reserve the right to creative license, to be able to create a product that we love as it leaves the store. Each custom order is handmade and means that no two products are the same. FK does do our very best to follow specifications. Please take note that our cakes are covered in our signature buttercream and are not always able to reproduce exact colours or shades of a picture of a cake. We do use the same colour brands, but this doesn’t mean colours will be exact to previous colour, may have slight variation in tone.
Returns & Refunds:
All food items are made by hand and fresh to order. Food safety and hygiene methods are in place as the appropriate conditions as per the Food Act 2006 & Food Safety Standards. Handover of products is in perfect condition, once our products have left the store, we take no responsibility of the aftercare of our baked goods. Food products have a NO returns policy.
Cancellations & Changes
We understand that plans can change. If you need to change the date or details of your order, please send us an email with your name, contact number and order number – subject heading please use -ORDER CHANGE as description. Order email – Heysugar@cupcakeshop.com.au
Delivery
We use Express Post via Australia Post.
Shipping option is only available for items that we post.
Please note that our products are perishables and we do not accept refunds or returns.
If no one is available to receive your package, Australia Post will leave in a safe place or leave a card for collection at your local Post-Office, pick-up point.
It is the responsibility of the sender to send the package to an address that is either.
Attended to receive delivery.
If unattended, assumes responsibility for the package to be left in a safe place.
If you receive delivery of an incorrect order, please contact us with the details along with photos of your package received and we can discuss what is to happen, pending circumstances.
If you receive delivery is damaged in transit please contact Australia Post with your tracking number provided to resolute.
Please note that FK is not responsible for reimbursement of shipping costs.
